Bio
Hi! I’m Carolina, a north Brazilian visual development artist and picture book illustrator currently living in Dublin, Ireland. I graduated in Communication and Fashion in Brazil, studied character design at Pictoplasma Academy (Berlin) and CGMA (USA), and I am currently developing my concept art and animation skills at Idea Academy (Italy). As a visual development artist, I am currently working as a visdev artist on a tv series named Saskatoons, developed by Sardinha em Lata (Portugal) and Director Evgenia Golubeva. As a children's books illustrator, I have illustrated picture books, puzzles, and have worked with publishers in Europe, the UK, Mexico, Brazil, and the USA. I am represented by James McGowan from Bookends Literacy Agency. I’m part of 9B Collective team and also a member of Women in Animation.
