James O'Shea III
Bio
James O'Shea III is a Freelance 2D/3D Creature Concept Artist who is originally from Daly City, CA. After attending Undergrad he moved to New York City where he would work with many companies ranging from Practical Sculpture to MakeUp FX to Concept Art.
James now focuses on creature concept art, 3D sculpting and 2D sketching. While in NYC he assisted both MakeUp FX artists and toy-collectible artists, and taught sculpting at the School of Visual Arts. Having a traditional sculpting background has helped him become a stronger digital artist. O’Shea now resides in Southern California with his wife, dog and cat, continuing to further pushing his potential in production with continuous workshops and education.
