Jose Iturriaga
Bio
I was born in Mexico and since I was a kid, I had an affinity for the arts. Always loved drawing and sketching, as well as making music.
When I was studying Industrial Design in College, I got interested in Set Design and Exhibits. I chose the latter for my career in Design, and I was able to accomplish great things in that field.
While working for a distributing firm for an Illinois based Exhibit house in Mexico, they offered me a position with their Design team in the U.S.
I moved to Chicago and started working there for several years. Later on, I moved to San Diego, California, where I worked with another Exhibit Company until I decided to Freelance full time while pursuing a career change to focus on arts and entertainment.
For the past few years, I've been involved in various projects, doing set design, props and recently focused more in Storyboarding and Concept Environment Design as well as Illustration while trying to shift careers from Exhibits to Full time Entertainment Art in movies, animation and/or video games.
