As the Lead Concept Artist for ROAR, you will partner closely with the product team and other artists (both internal and external), ensuring the concept design is not only a beautiful piece of artwork but also effectively fulfills product and narrative goals, giving clear direction and support to collaborating production teams. You will maintain your own craft skills, inspire creativity and keep a high quality bar with hands-on concept design as you deem necessary.
