Bio
Hello! I'm Benjamin, aka Ben Arnold Art. I'm a Filipino-American Visual Development Artist and Illustrator based in California, USA.
My passion lies in video games and animation, with a knack for creating captivating environments, backgrounds, and props using traditional media and digital tools like Photoshop, Blender, and Procreate.
Before immersing myself in concept art, I gained valuable experience in hospitality and publishing, handling PR, marketing, and art direction. I also hold an MFA in Visual Development from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Currently, I'm contributing my skills as a Vis Dev and 2D/3D Generalist at Apeship Studios, a dynamic indie animation studio based in San Francisco.
Outside work, you'll catch me experimenting with random recipes from YouTube, immersing myself in various video games ranging from action-adventure to RPG and simulations, or unwinding with movies and shows alongside my artistically talented partner.
